BJB’s modular COB connection system is a future-proof and sustainable solution for modern LED luminaires, enabling late integration and easy replacement of COB LEDs directly during luminaire assembly. Designed for manufacturers of professional lighting systems, it combines flexibility, efficiency, and a maintenance-friendly design in a modular solution.

The outer ring, featuring push-in contacts and integrated retaining springs, ensures a secure mechanical and electrical connection—without the need for tools. With the optionally available TIM film 47.980, eCOB is mounted directly onto the heat sink, enabling optimized thermal management, efficient heat dissipation, and a long service life.

The interchangeable inner rings enable quick installation and easy replacement of COBs. This makes eCOB ideal for production environments with high demands for flexibility, reduced complexity, and efficient service processes. eCOB supports COB LEDs in the sizes 13.5 × 13.5 mm, 19 × 19 mm, and 20 × 24 mm.

Compatible with a wide range of BJB reflectors and optical systems, eCOB offers lighting manufacturers a high degree of design freedom and supports scalable, future-oriented lighting concepts.
