Successful Start of the BJB Factory Tours!
On June 9, BJB hosted its first factory tour – and it was a great success. Numerous students took the opportunity to gain valuable insights into our company and experience modern industry firsthand.
During the tour, participants explored automated manufacturing processes, plastic and metal processing, as well as our in-house toolmaking department. They were able to see how the different areas of BJB work together to develop and manufacture innovative products.
We were especially pleased by the strong interest in our apprenticeship and career opportunities. The many questions and personal conversations highlighted the importance of practical career guidance for young people.
Following this successful start, we are already looking forward to our next factory tour on June 19 and to welcoming more technology-enthusiastic young talents to BJB.
