OptiShield – Light exactly where it belongs

If you remember our 2x2 optics, you already know how precisely light can be controlled. Now we’re taking that precision a step further. With the new OptiShields (35.904.A001 and 35.904.A002), we’ve added the perfect accessories to guide light even more effectively.

Designed for 2x2 optics, OptiShields make it easy to direct light exactly where it’s needed — without glare and without unwanted spill into the surroundings. This clearly reduces stray light and helps minimize light pollution.

They are especially ideal for residential streets. Light stays on the road where it improves visibility and safety, instead of shining into windows or private spaces. The result is better comfort for residents and a more sustainable lighting solution overall.

Installation is just as straightforward as the concept. OptiShields are easy to retrofit and can be mounted in minutes. Depending on the version, they either clip in tool-free or are fixed with screws. The clip-in variant is particularly convenient because the luminaire doesn’t even need to be unscrewed.
