Congratulations to your successful apprenticeship completion!

A summer celebration, great conversations, and a special moment for our young talents: On Friday, July 10, 2026, we celebrated our annual BJB Summer Festival. Alongside currywurst, cold drinks, and many inspiring conversations, one topic was especially important: celebrating the successful journey of our apprentices.

One of the highlights of the day was honoring our four young talents Annika, Damir, Roman, and Lukas, who have successfully completed their apprenticeships. With dedication, commitment, and team spirit, they mastered their training and took an important step toward their professional future.

We are especially proud that all four will continue their careers at BJB and remain part of our Guardians of Light team. Together with us, they will continue to contribute their knowledge, ideas, and passion to developing innovative solutions for the future of light.

The successful retention of our apprentices once again demonstrates how important the development and promotion of young talent is at BJB. A strong apprenticeship program is a key foundation for our continued success and innovation as a company.
